1. Information and admission
Website information is general and is not a binding offer. The current Academy intake is limited to residents of Spain and MacLee may request reasonable proof before a paid enrolment is confirmed. Requests from other countries are recorded only as non-binding expressions of interest for future availability. Admission also depends on programme fit, available places and written confirmation by MacLee.
2. Programme agreement
Before a paid enrolment becomes final, the participant receives the applicable programme description, schedule, price, payment terms and cancellation information. Mandatory consumer rights always remain in force.
3. Participation
Participants are responsible for suitable equipment, internet access and meeting the stated entry requirements. Respectful conduct and lawful, ethical use of AI tools are required.
4. Intellectual property
MacLee retains rights in its course material, branding and website content. Personal study use is permitted; copying, resale, public distribution or removal of ownership notices requires prior written permission.
5. Third-party AI services
Courses may use third-party AI and software services governed by their own terms and privacy rules. Participants must verify important outputs and avoid entering confidential or unlawful material without permission.
6. Availability and liability
MacLee aims to keep information and services accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or specific commercial outcomes. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Law and changes
Spanish law applies, without taking away mandatory consumer protections in the participant's country. Material changes are published here with a new update date.
